Never. Integration authentication is performed securely via OAuth tokens through provider partners (e.g. Plaid, QuickBooks). Hectofy only stores high-level balance metrics and aggregated monthly totals, never individual bank login secrets or transaction line items.

Yes. You can export your entire portfolio history and deal flow pipeline to CSV or JSON format at any time. Upon fund account closure, your database records and snapshot logs can be permanently purged upon request.
